Hum Saath Saath Hain movie in hindi is a 1998 indian musical-drama film written and directed by so sets out with the return of amma to her home after finishing school in england. she has grown up to be a sophisticate under the care of her father, with little knowledge of her mother's conservative culture. the two women clash over virtually everything, yet gradually come together to start rebuilding their relationship. Hum saath tere saath basically chronicles the story of three sisters lovingly nicknamed as amma, chachi and behenji , who are being brought up by their father. Their mother re-marries after being widowed after their father's death at an early age . The story traces all three sisters' journeys from childhood to adulthood . The movie begins with the separation of the sisters who have grown up under parental affection into three separate families. Then comes togetherness when they have children of their own .
